His Eminence, the Most Reverend Jeremiah (Ancimiuk) of Wroclaw and Szczecin is the ruling hierarch of the Diocese of Wroclaw and Szczecin of the Church of Poland.

Life
Born Jan Ancimiuk, Fr. Jeremiah was consecrated a bishop of March 13, 1983 and installed on September 21, 1983. Subsequently, Bp. Jeremiah was enthroned archbishop of Wroclaw and Szczecin in 1997.
