The Diocese of Western Pennsylvania is a diocese of the Orthodox Church in America. Its territory includes parishes and missions located in three states in the United States—Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The diocesan chancery is located in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.

The diocese is currently under the leadership of His Grace, Bishop Tikhon of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania as Locum Tenens of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.

Previously, his Beatitude, the Most Reverend Herman of Washington and New York was Locum Tenens, pending the election and enthronement of a successor following the repose of the ruling bishop, His Eminence Kyrill of Pittsburgh on June 17, 2007.
