March 4-6: OCF Capital Conference at Georgetown

The Orthodox Christian Fellowship (OCF) of George Washington University cordially invites all college students and young adults to Capital Conference 2005 scheduled for March 4-6, 2005! The topic is "Vocation, Vocation, Vocation!" Guest speakers are: Fr. Thomas Hopko, author and Dean Emeritus of St. Vladimir's Seminary; Fr. Nicholas C. Triantafilou, Dean of Holy Cross and Executive Director of IOCC. Other possible speakers include Melina Kanakaredes, lead actress of the TV show Providence, and Senator Paul Sarbanes. We are still awaiting word from them. If anyone has any questions, feel free to email Andy Lentz at alentz@gwu.edu.

March 13: OCF National Day of Prayer

Orthodox Christian Fellowship has plans for another National Day of Prayer to bring together OCF chapters from across the nation to pray continuously for 24 hours to begin Great Lent.

June 25–July 5: CrossRoad

CrossRoad is a 10–day summer program for Orthodox Christian high school seniors of all jurisdictions to help them discern their life callings, matching personal gifts with the needs of the world. The staff of CrossRoad believes that in just about any direction you choose for your life, it can be of service of God and of neighbor, which is Christ’s call to us all. This event will take place on the campus of Hellenic College/Holy Cross in Brookline, Massachusetts.
