Bishop Chrysostomos was born on the Greek island of Naxos on [[April 8]], 1927. Having first completed a degree in Law, he graduated from the School of Theology of the University of Athens in 1952. Life

Bishop Chrysostomos was born on the Greek island of Naxos on April 8, 1927. Having first completed a degree in Law, he graduated from the School of Theology of the University of Athens in 1952. He was ordained to the diaconate on January 18, 1952, and to the priesthood on December 14, 1954. On December 19, 1970, he was consecrated bishop of Kyanea. He has been based at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of St. Andrew the Apostle, Kentish Town, London, since 1961.
