His Grace Andrej (Frušić) of Banja Luka (Serbian: епископ др Андреј Фрушић) was the Serbian Orthodox bishop of Banja Luka (1961-1980) and later of Srem (1980-1987).He obtained doctorate from Tgology in Belgrade 1952. He was last theology doctor who obtaind his doctorate at Belgrade University before 2004. Orthodox Theologicaly Faculty is removed from University 1952 and restored 2004. He was elected for Bishop of Banja Luka 961. He was Ordained by Patriarch German and two other bishops. On his own request he is transferd on Diocese of Srem 1980. He died in Sremska Mitrovica 1987.
