His Eminence Titus (Papanakos) of Paramythia, Philiata, Geromerion, and Parga , also Titos, is the Metropolitan of the Metropolis of Paramythia, Philiata, Geromerion, and Parga that is under the administration of the Church of Greece. The Metropolis of Paramythia, Philiata, Geromerion, and Parga is a metropolis in the New Lands of Greece, under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. [1]

Life

Sotirios Papanakos was born in 1931 in Pireaus near Athens, Greece. After completing his theological education in Athens, he was ordained a deacon in 1966 with the name Titus, followed later in 1966 with his ordination to the priesthood. After his election in 1974, Fr. Titus was consecrated Metropolitan of Paramythia, Philiata, Geromerion, and Parga on July 17, 1974.
