Anglicizing name

According to the Style Manual names should be spelled in English unless they are almost-universally known by their name in another language. It seems to me that His Beatitude of Alexandria doesn't fall into the second category and should simply be referred to as "Theodore" (same for his predecessor, "Peter" rather than "Petros"). Am I right here, and if so how does one go about changing article names? Mariner 14:25, December 7, 2013 (PST)
